Certificationof cash register systems
The GEA PARK cash register system complies with the requirements of data integrity, security, retention, and archiving as stipulated by French legislation under Article 286, Title I, Section 3° bis of the General Tax Code, in accordance with the conditions set by the Certification Reference Framework for cash register systems.
LNE Certification (No. 37483 Revision 2)
This certificate is based on version 1.6 of the LNE certification framework and covers compliance with the requirements of BOI-TVA-DECLA 30-10-30 20210519.
Following an update of this framework to version 1.7, this certificate will be withdrawn on 30/09/2025.
The renewal of this certificate, in accordance with the new framework, is in progress.
